Emma's playhouse

Emma loves to play in her house. She loves it even better when Mommy or Daddy or both will get in the house with her. Then, she traps us there & will not let us back out... well not with out a little fussing :) Here is a picture of Emma checking on us through the window & one of the whole family (even Scooter the dog) in the house.
 

Happy Thanksgiving!

Emma had lots and lots of fun playing in the leaves at her Granny & PaPa's house on Thanksgiving.
 

These Boots Weren't Made for Walking!

Emma loves to try on Mommy's shoes! With some help from Daddy she managed to "walk" around in Mommy's boots!
 

A Very Special Day

Today is another anniversary for us. Today Emma has been with us longer than she was in the orphanage! What a blessing she is to us.
Thanks to Carol ( Taylor's Mom ) from our travel group for inspiring us to figure out when this anniversary would occur. We love to have another reason to celebrate.

One year ago

One year ago on November 10, 2005 we received "the call"! The best phone call I ever got in my whole life! Vonda from CHI called to tell us about our baby girl, Nan Xian Fu. The next day we waited very impatiently for the UPS man to deliver her pictures, medical information & other information. Max and I nearly jumped the poor UPS man when he finally arrived. I bet he does not get his picture taken delivering packages very often:)

Emma - our little pumpkin!

Emma dressed up as a pumpkin last night and went trick or treating at her grandparents houses. She had fun, but today she is coughing and feeling a little bad. I think she caght Mommy's cold!
